Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation

Clients can stop future monthly renewals from the Client Dashboard using the Unsubscribe / Cancel Renewal button. The system sends the cancellation request to Stripe and schedules the subscription to end at the close of the current paid billing period. Access remains active through that period unless R Addison Wellness and the client agree otherwise.

One-time nutrition programming

One-time nutrition-program purchases do not automatically renew. Refund eligibility should be disclosed before purchase and should account for whether individualized assessment review or program-development work has already begun.

Personal training

The site operator must publish the exact session rescheduling, late-cancellation, no-show, rollover, and refund terms that apply to personal-training memberships.

No policy waives rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
