Photo & Data Policy

Optional progress photos and bloodwork

Front, right-side, back, and left-side progress photographs are optional. Bloodwork uploads are also optional. These materials are collected only when the client chooses to provide them for coaching context.

Private uploads are not placed in the standard WordPress Media Library by the R Addison Program Builder. Files are encrypted at rest when the hosting environment supports OpenSSL and are delivered through authenticated access controls. The site owner must also maintain server-level restrictions that prevent direct web access to the private data directory.

Public transformations

No photo, testimonial, metric, or transformation story should be published without separate documented client consent that specifically authorizes public use.

PDF programs

Progress photos and bloodwork are not embedded in program PDFs by default. The PDF notes only whether optional materials were provided.
