Every ward starts at 500 points. Verified participant weight reductions and combined circumference reductions lower its score. Verified weekend event attendance removes 1 point, or 1.5 points total when an adult attends with an eligible youth. The lowest verified ward score wins, subject to the final published rules.

How the community prize works
The proposed community jackpot will support an eligible school, church, or small business located within the winning ward, following published beneficiary selection and financial rules. Prize amount and treatment of processing fees and refunds will be published before registration.
Verification and safety
Adult entrants will need standardized starting and final weight, bust/chest-back, waist, hips and biceps measurements. Private front, back, left, right and scale photos will be required through a secure submission process. Youth may attend eligible weekend activities with guardian consent but will not submit body-weight measurements. Unsafe rapid weight loss and dehydration tactics will not be rewarded.
Official scoring rules, privacy terms, attendance verification, tie-breakers and beneficiary eligibility are being finalized.
